5. Import into GeoPard

5.1 Customers of GeoPard have an opportunity to import data ( boundaries, Yield, As-Planted, As-applied datasets) from John Deere Operations Center to GeoPard. First step is go to Import from MyJohnDeere (https://app.geopard.tech/#/upload/from-my-john-deere) tab.

5.2 To import all available data user should click the Import All button or use select functionality (Section 5.3). If a correct organization is not available, then user should go to Here you can change organizations link and add them. If John Deere organization disabled (name has grey color), then user should add access in John Deere Operations Center, look at 2. Connecting GeoPard Agriculture profile to John Deere organization.

5.3 To import specific data the user first selects the datasets. The user has the opportunity to filter assets. If a correct organization is not available, then the user should go to Here you can change organizations link and add them. If John Deere organization disabled (name has grey color), then user should add access in John Deere Operations Center, look at 2. Connecting GeoPard Agriculture profile to John Deere organization.

5.4 After selecting, user should click  the Import Selected button.

5.5 After clicking the Import All or Import Selected button, the user will see the import setting. If the user wants to import only boundaries, then the user should select the Field boundaries radio button, and click Done button to start the importing process. If previously the boundary was imported, then the data will be updated.

5.6 If a user wants to import assets with a boundary, then the user should select the Data files radio button, and click the Next button. If previously assets with boundaries were imported, then data will be updated.

5.7 After clicking, the user will have the opportunity to select Type and Period of assets.

5.8 User should select Type assets from dropdown list.

5.9 User should select Period assets from the dropdown list.

5.10 Period dropdown has opportunity to select range of periods.

5.11 After selecting Type and Period, user should click the Done button to start the importing process.

5.12 Importing process takes time, that depends on the count of data. User will see a spinner on the current tab or progress bar in another tab.

5.13 After execution, user will see a message about the result of the operation.

5.14 When data was migrated, user can goto Fields module (https://app.geopard.tech/#/fields) to see data or click Go to field link.

5.15 User can see migrated data in Fields module (https://app.geopard.tech/#/fields).
